With its length of 360 mm, the extra-long mandrel is ideal for drilling deep holes measuring up to 400 mm and breakthrough holes. Thanks to its 5/8" threaded connection (Ø 15.88 mm), it is compatible with all hole saws and annular bits that have a 5/8" thread. Additional safety pins for locking the hole saw to the mandrel ensure high work safety and are particularly useful when working with a cordless screwdriver with a fast rotation stop. Attach your existing centring drill bit with a round shank, Ø 8 mm, to the matching holder in the mandrel. The integrated grub screw with hexagonal socket drive (H4) makes secure mounting easy. For quick tool changes on power drills and cordless screwdrivers, the end of the mandrel is equipped with a hexagon shank, Ø 12.5 mm.
